PC Developments is a Queenstown-based residential development company creating thoughtfully designed new homes and complete property transformations.

Our team combines development experience, intelligent spatial planning and a strong design vision. From the first concept through to kitchens, bathrooms, materials and final finishes, every detail is considered.

The Green House brings together rich greens, painted texture and warm brass details. The Oak House pairs natural oak, soft neutrals and warm metal finishes to create a calm, restful interior.

The existing spaces were rethought to maximise usable space, improve flow and create one cohesive identity across the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
